I went in to get a haircut and was unable to because I had not reserved my place online and was told I couldn’t be served. Leaving a five star review because the cashier I worked with was respectful, and appeared to have dealt with this issue frequently (highly scripted language). It would be nice if this wasn’t advertised as a walk in only service though. It’ll be nice when I can actually get a haircut here I’m sure!

Great clips fired me a stylist of 10 years bc I refused to do all of my haircuts in under 15 minutes! Came home tonight and saw that my sons father brought him to great clips in auburn to get a hair cut while I was at work at another salon now and they can’t even blend out lines! This place uses an online check in process that gives you an estimated time for your turn. I agree that I cut it close because I had to go back home and get a credit card in case they didn’t take Google pay. But I was still there by the time the person was checking out ahead of me and they still pulled in the person that was number two in line even though I was clearly listed in the number one slot and I was there on time for my appointment. Walked in, no appointment and I got right in. The stylist was super friendly. She asked me what I wanted done, I have her some guidelines but told her to do what she thought would look best. She ended up taking about 3 inches off, layered my hair, and gave me bangs that could be either side swept or styled in the middle with a round brush. I asked her about some higher end shampoo and conditioner and she directed me to the counter where it was displayed and she helped me pick it the kind that would work best for my hair. I love how my hair came out and can’t wait to try the new shampoo and conditioner. Everything was super quick, relaxing, and affordable. I will definitely be going back.
