Went to have a haircut and started with about 12 inches of hair, I provided multiple pictures of the final styles I was looking for; it was explicitly mentioned that it wasn’t to go too short and that I still wanted the hair to have curl to it. What I got was basically a shaved back and sides and just about 2 inches of hair on the top, no curl, no style, literally nothing that would have let you know that the final result was ANYTHING at all like what was shown.

Without a doubt the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. They didnt listen to me and gave me a style that didnt fit and they did that poorly with patches and uneven areas. I was actually brought to tears by how badly they butchered my hair. I spent 2 hours trying to fix it myself and there is no way I would ever trust this place again when the possible outcome could be devastating

Do not let the low price they charge fool you. I have now been to the South Portland location twice and both times I have had different hair stylists and they both gave me the best haircuts I have ever had. I usually show a picture of the cut I want and at other places I have been my cut never looked anything like the photo. But both times I’ve been here my cut looked exactly like the photo I showed them. Unfortunately I do not live in the area and was in the area visiting so I can’t go as often as I would like but I would not hesitate going to this salon. Love my cut!

Absolutely love this place. Very warm and welcoming. I was able to get a fantastic razor cut. I cant remember her name but she fixed the botched job from the last place. I will go again. Turns out. My father also gets his hair cut there and had a great experience too! Ty to who ever fixed my hair! My only feed back I can say is I wish there where more services provided. Such as color, and waxing. Tusm for giving me the best hair cut I’ve had in years!!
