I had an amazing first time haircut with Lauren. She was professional and accommodating. She put me at ease and left me with a fresh new look. There isn’t a better value around! I highly recommend this shop and have already sent my husband there for a cut as well. Thanks again for very pleasant experience at an incredibly affordable price.

She “fixed” a haircut for my 7 year old son that I wasn’t happy with and decided to try to fix myself, ha. As you can imagine, what I tried to do did not turn out well. She was very professional, and even took the time to explain to me that it really wasn’t that bad. After doing a completely new hair cut to make everything look better, she only charged me $5 because she knew that I wasn’t happy with the cut that we got the weekend before. I don’t blame the hairdresser for the original cut – as I should have spoken up right during that appointment and said that I wanted more cut off. But overall, we were happy with this fix and wanted to be sure to give credit where it was due. Writing this review to praise Brianna L. She “fixed” a haircut for my 7 year old son that I wasn’t happy with and decided to try to fix myself, ha. As you can imagine, what I tried to do did not turn out well. She was very professional, and even took the time to explain to me that it really wasn’t that bad. After doing a completely new hair cut to make everything look better, she only charged me $5 because she knew that I wasn’t happy with the cut that we got the weekend before. Critical: QualityNot only did she brush through my curly hair, and destroyed my curl pattern. I said several times I do not brush my hair, I comb it and only when it is wet. She continued to brush through, breaking and ripping out my hair. She then basically cut it dry, with a little misting. This does not work, it needs to be wet in order to cut it properly, and needs to be combed through, not brushed. I asked for layers and bangs that blended in. I got a frizzy nightmare with very straight across boxed bangs, even after requesting to have them fixed once. I am aware that curly hair is not the same as cutting straight thin hair, but I appreciate more being told the person doesn’t know how to cut it, rather than telling me they do and obviously don’t. Ask for Sheena she has cut my hair twice now and both times did what I wanted and was very professional. I honestly would not get my hair cut anywhere else.
