I have medium length straight hair, I just needed a trim. My hair was cut dry just like that across the bottom. I was left with the one side longer than the other and my hair looking as though I had given myself a home cut. I had to go back later for it to be fixed up and now my hair is much shorter than I wanted. It was very clear to me that this person did not really know how to cut even the simplest cut. You get what you pay for.

The first red flag should’ve been when I said when can I come back for my daughter and she said 10 minutes. I should’ve run out the door then because a 10 minute haircut is going to be a bad haircut and oh this is the worst I’ve ever seen! I understand they probably are encouraged to shuffle people through like an assembly line but wow it’s really really horrible and this was her pre-prom haircut. I don’t think she’ll ever forgive me! I would add a photo but she’s traumatized whatever you’re picturing – it’s worse!

The hair dresser didn’t seem like they cared at all… rushed through my haircut… even though there was no one else waiting (I wonder why) The quality of the final result was less than satisfactory ….I guess I really shouldn’t expect anything different from a 16 dollar cut… but hey I got a coupon for a 10 dollar cut for the next time I dont want to wait for an opening in the schedule anywhere else…maybe ill just wear a hat for a few weeks…Spend the little extra money and make an appointment in advance somewhere that occupies true professionals.
