I went today, and the lady with the pink hair and I make up cut way way way too short at the front of my face. I told her it was way too short and she said that I could just angle it in front of my face to frame my face. I did not ask for this haircut, I have a really round face and if you frame it it looks enormous. She still charged me the full price. And I was actually nice enough to still tip her even though I hated the haircut. I will probably never be back there. And I pretty much have to wear my hair up for the next six months for it to grow. I went today, and the lady with the pink hair and I make up cut way way way too short at the front of my face. I am a regular at this location. I continue to go here because it’s convenient and they know how I like my hair to be cut, but I really should start going somewhere else. The staff are really hit and miss, more often a miss. If you don’t get someone halfway decent then you are guaranteed to get an uneven haircut or nicked by their buzzer. The staff can be unprofessional with each other at times too (not to customers though) and the wait times can get insane sometimes because they always seem to be short staffed. All in all, I really can’t recommend this place.

I told them just to shave the sides of my head and the back, The lady pretty much shaved my entire head. I grew out my hair for a year so I could have a hairstyle that I actually liked and they couldn’t follow simple instructions. It’s not that hard to listen, I only asked for the girl not to touch the top of my head. The people there don’t listen to the customers request and will cut your hair as they see fit.

Charles works Mondays, Fridays, and the weekends. Find him. This purple hair, bearded man works magic with his scissors. He a fine conversationalist, but most importantly he really listens and cares how your hair comes out. He sets high standards for himself, which means you will get a good haircut. Everyone else has been great as well, but I have to brag about Charles. There are about six or seven seats, which can fill up quickly if the place is busy. The prices are fine.
