I am not picky with my hair but this lady did a terrible job. She was also rude. I asked her how she was cutting my bangs she said “I know what I am doing” She also nipped my ear a few times. I look like Loyd Christmas twin once she was done. The neighbors toddler could have done a better job than her. Haircut

Why check in online and then when you get there the website says you have seven minutes but then the person who works there wants to and all your information again and then tells you you have 23 minutes. I mean what’s the point of doing online check-in if you’re going to have to wait anyways behind somebody who just walked in!

They did awful. literally cut 5 inches shorter than what i wanted. She has drinks everywhere and was a complete mess. I will never in my whole life span come here again or recommend it. If i had to chose to go here or hell id pick hell. Im christian btw. The devil must of posed this girl who cut my hair because she is a maniac for thinking her work is good. My 5 year old sister cut my hair better than u guys

Walk-in service is available but it’s very easy to check in on line and be ahead of the walk-ins when you arrive. My stylist was quick and good at her job. In out and feeling great!

I went to great clips in rochester nh 3/20/22 i had the hairdresser sammy or tammy and i got my hair thinned and 2 inches off she did a good job cutting my hair but when she thinned it out she did the front and and it made a line across and it’s still there and it’s very noticeable so i’m not very happy with my haircut.
