Went in at 4:45pm and the woman said they’re not taking new appointments cuz they closing at 5pm. If you stop taking appointments say at 4:30pm you should say you close at 4:30 instead of wasting my time driving there. Supercuts take people up till closing time. The only reason i didnt leave 1 star was cuz she was polite.

Went in for long overdue cut and ended up with exactly what I asked for! Leah was friendly, professional and very sweet. I even explained to her that I wouldn’t be able to hear her once I took out my hearing aides. She was attentive, respectful and didn’t attempt small talk …. she would demonstrate what she was doing using her hands and her lovely smile (so appreciated). Needless to say, this Senior will be going back regularly!

I came into your establishment yesterday on 3/18/22. So my stepson could have a haircut. I asked for the length to stay the same which was around 8 in. & to be cleaned up a bit. With a trim at the neck and a trim at the bangs and I only wanted half an inch off. I figured that should be sufficient to line it up. When I came back. He had half of his hair removed. I find this place massively disrespectful. To the wishes of the of a child or parent. A child cannot advocate for themselves. And should definitely not ever be taken advantage of by an Adult. Go to Great clips in Exeter, New Hampshire- If you want to waste your money and be Insulted. Found out in the car on the ride home, the skinny lady with the black hair whoever her name is. Just started cutting off hair by lengths. He loved His long hair, HOW dare you!!!!

Salon was clean, the stylist who cut my son’s hair was super accommodating and patient despite him really not liking the clippers (he’s 2). Overall, glad we came here and would visit again.
