My fiancé just walked out with the worst haircut I have ever seen in my life hahaha. The woman was trying to put a second guard on the clippers and he had to tell her there was already one on it and THIS is how she let him leave. Do not recommend this women needs a new career. Haircut

Very nice people there. Unfortunately it was a little pricey and my barber didn’t listen to what I wanted. I told him I wanted at least 2 inches off and he said because of the dead ends in my hair, that would be the minimum he would take out. I was happy with that, as my hair was super long and hard to manage. Well, he ended up cutting less than 1/4 inch off and then told me “if it was any shorter, it wouldn’t be what you want.” He explained that when I wash it again, because I have curly hair, it will tighten more. I get that that’s how it works having dealt with my hair for a long time, but I was very skeptical, because it didn’t seem like enough to make a difference. Anyways I ended up trusting him and sure enough, my hair is the exact same as before. It cost $30 to get my hair cut (not sure if it’s $30 for a haircut in general or determined by how much is cut off), which I considered a lot for 1. Not getting what I asked for. 2. Being told (politely) that I’m wrong. 3. Needed to get another haircut the next day. If you’re looking for bare minimum and have easy hair, I would say go for it! Anyone else, stay away!

Im dissapointed, even though we were a walk in. Youd think theyd try. My daughters hair was so long, perfect length to get whatever style she wanted, which did not happen. I had to go back in to have her try again because they did not cut the back short enough it was all the same length.

The new guy butchered my sons hair! He didn’t listen at all, but rather did what was quicker. Literally shaved the whole bottom half & kept the top long. VERY disappointed! Great Clips – when you respond please save your message about calling Customer Service. Not worth it as there are multiple salons in Dover, NH.

I went there knowing I wouldn’t like my hair cut because I never do. I walked out of those doors to my mom feeling more embarrassed than I’ve ever felt. My stylist accidentally cut of at least 5 strands of my bangs and left nothing on the sides after being asked before the hair cut even started to leave some on the sides. He asked for help from another barber how to fade my hair. I started crying the second I got into my car.

My hair cutter cut my ear when he was talking to someone in the lobby and pretended he hadn’t cut it even though it was gushing so much blood that it was overflowing my ear. Then the company and store didn’t respond when I reached out to complain.

My friend came to me, in tears after getting her hair cut at this location earlier today. I cut my own hair, and my families hair, so she knew I had at least some experience. She asked for about two inches off, straight across without any layers. Her hair was on her shoulders, and she just wanted a good, refreshing bob. The stylist cut one side way shorter than the other, and actually forgot sections of hair. There were multiple chunks of hair, about 20-40 strands each that were completely missed. She has thin, dark ginger hair, making it extremely easy to see every single mistake but somehow it was still missed by the stylist. It took me over an hour to fix, as I had to reshape the whole haircut without taking too much length off. Of course we were joking about it the whole time, but this was the worst haircut I have EVER seen. Just genuinely done so poorly, I was shocked that they actually charged her for this. Even more shocked that she would pay for this, but I already yelled at her for it haha (kidding). Seriously though, the cut was so bad. Can I post photos on here? It was so bad. Like little kid with kitchen scissors bad.

My 2 children and I just went to Great Clips in Dover, New Hampshire and encountered the rudest person, I have ever encountered in my 33 years of life. The sad part is, he was an employee. We pre-registered and from the moment we walked in, we could feel how annoyed he was that we were there. They werent closing for another hour and had not one customer besides us.He asked for their names in a rude manor and when I provided their names, his tone got even ruder. There were 3 stylists working and all of them were standing around. He finally asked my kids to sit down, and before my 3 year old even sat, he stated that if he “squirmed” just once, he would cut service. My son has sensory issues, so this was a big deal for him. We have been to Great Clips several times, only a different location and have always had a good experience. The stylists we previously had, were great with kids and that is why we continued going. My children have never seen that type of behavior in an adult and he made my children feel like they did something wrong. I am absolutely disgusted with his behavior. The moment he said that to my son, I pulled my two children out of their seats and said that they are toddlers and they’re going to “squirm” so we will take our business somewhere else. To that he said “adios” and all three employees went outside and lit up cigarettes instantly. As we were getting in the car, my 4 year old daughter asked me “why doesn’t that man like me or bennny?” And it broke my heart.
