Very bad experience. Took my 4 years old there and trainee did haircut. I asked her to do shoulder length with layers and she cut until ears and made it too short. I know I should not make a big deal about it for 4 years old but this is her first time becoming a flower girl and she can’t do much with that short hair now. So disappointed. Won’t go back there again.

I work in the same plaza as the great clips in Merrimack, and both encounters I have had with what I believe is the manager have not been good. The first one was during Christmas and she asked me to hang a sale sign in my place of business that is fun by a corporation and I informed her that I can only hang corporate approved signage. Then she proceeded to get all upset about it. The second encounter was today. She was waiting on line to be cashed out, and I couldn’t because I was having difficult with my register and trying to fix it. She made a snide comment to her co worker about how she always has to wait when she comes into my place of business. Well, if I decided to go there to get my hair done which because of her remarks and attitude to my place of business I won’t. I wouldnt because of her.

This place is adequate when everything goes right but I’ve had two different stylists here give me the wrong hair cut. The first one, a Halloween fanatic, didn’t care but the second one was very apologetic and nice and comped my hair cut. I usually just get a high and tight so there’s nothing complicated about what I’m doing. If everything goes right then it’s a decent place but be careful when you’re in the chair.

A haircut even the least experienced stylist could easily master. Unfortunately, this haircut proved to be anything but routine.

Clean, friendly and very skilled . I love the online check in as it gives me time to run errands first and not have to wait . The staff is very professional and always greeted with a gracious Welcome to Great Clips, happy , not rehearsed . You can tell they all love what they are doing with there Trendy and out going Manager Cat . They are so good with children. There is always toys and books. It’s was my sons birthday and the manager Cat gave him his own bottle of gel with a Great Clips bracelet and comb. Made his day in return made ours . Thank you for being so Awsome
