Worst hair-cut experience to a regular customer since last 4+ years. Felt that I am not welcomed there. Once I sat on chair nightmare continued as lady threatened at least 3 times on she is not going to cut my hair during middle of hair-cut. One need to understand I can not do about my skin-color or how I look. May be this was the last visit here as this is not the only place which does hair cut!! 🙁

Krista is Amazing, she is by far the best hair dresser in New England. She is very precise, she’s very friendly and does a great job! She makes you feel very comfortable and whenever I get my hair cut with her I feel like a new person afterwards. After my hair cut I received so many compliments! I would recommend anyone to her that is looking for great hair at a great price! Make sure you ask for Krista when you go to great clips, you will not be disappointed!

Not much has changed since my first review. I went back in August 2019 and got a great haircut but it’s all about chance because it’s impossible to find out a stylist’s hours. You can get anywhere from a one star haircut to a 4 star haircut (men’s). Turnover is high and your haircut is done just after getting comfortable in the chair. This last time, I asked the stylist to use thinning shears on the back of the head. Didn’t happen and I didn’t get a good look until I got home. Asked my daughter how bad it was and she advised I go somewhere to get it fixed. There was training going on the back of the store and none who came out looked very happy. Not taking any more chances this is off my list.
