I recently had my hair cut and I really didn’t want it cut short even though I needed a lot off because of damaged hair. She was careful & caring. She knew I loved the layer feathered hair and she cut a perfect layer. She was pleasant, every one there was welcoming. I will be getting the touch-up trim every 4 ‘ 6 weeks. Reasonable price and convenient location. Unfortunately their check in system is not very accurate. Not this locations fault but corporate should look at it more. Checked in online and received a text saying I was 15 mins until my appointment and to head in. Once I head in I’m told 30-45 minutes and there are 4 in line in front of me.

I really enjoyed going to Great Clips in Epping. I went during an off time and didn’t feel rushed at all. Treated extremely nice and the staff member had a many years of experience. For people who complain about getting a haircut, in my experience it’s often a result of vague language and inability to look up pictures on their phone.

This was the only day I had to get my children’s hair cut. I understand it’s easier to make appointments but my life doesn’t really allow for that. They were so friendly and professional. The way they spoke to my kids was amazing! Both hair cuts look great and we had a really great overall experience.
