Critical: ValueThis place is cheap and inconsistent. I’ve been here twice. The first time, I left feeling very satisfied with my experience. The stylist was friendly and he was very particular about the specific cut that I wanted and made sure to spend as much time as necessary on it. The second time, however, was not nearly as good. The stylist did not know what to do with my hair and he didn’t tell me! He turned my back to the mirror for the entire time and it really did not help my anxiety. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. One of the stylists saw me and immediately called over the manager to see what she could do. By the end of the session, both the stylist and I were frustrated with what had happened to my hair at Great Clips. Great experience. Friendly and professional. Staff goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. First time I went in it was very busy. I was greeted promptly and told the approximate wait time. Since it is a walk in salon I didn’t mind waiting. While I was waiting I watched the stylists with all of their customers. They took their time with each person even though they were busy. They were detailed in their work. Jessica styled my hair exactly as I asked however when I went home I realized I needed it to be thinned out a little in the back. I returned the following week and was greeted with a warm smile and customer service that impressed me. Right away they wanted to satisfy me and did not charge me for another cut to make the changes that I requested. They also made me feel very comfortable with coming in a second time to make some changes. They also went on to explain the online check in which at first did not appeal to me however after it was explained to me and I observed how it worked I figure it is another tool to satisfy the customer. I will definitely try it out. I do not often write reviews however in a day where customer service can be lacking this company should be praised on their exceptional service. I will definitely be returning and will share my positive experience. Nice work and Thank You!!!

I always feel nervous going to a new stylist for a haircut. Today, the stars aligned and I was introduced to Steven. He was very friendly and personable. He listended to me regarding the look I wanted to achieve and he executed my new cut perfectly. In addition, he paid attention to even small details, which I really appreciated. I hope he is still there the next time I need a haircut!
