Received an absolute hack job on a bang trim. I asked for curved bangs- the hairdresser I have previously saw told the girl to read the notes- that did not happen. I got a straight cut. Not only were they crooked the hairdresser added new bangs from my normal hairline and flat out did not trim other pieces. It was also super crooked and too short. Unfortunately I didn’t even realize till I got home. I called customer service and asked if they’re fixable. Is this a joke? You could not pay me to go back to that place. Get to wait for the owner to get back to me because yeah if I need to look like this until they grow back in the least you can do is refund me.

Husband had a last minute job interview come up yesterday and he needed a haircut on very short notice. We missed closing time on Sunday but Great Clips worked him in at 8am the next morning and got him in-and-out with time to spare before his interview. He usually uses a barber so was reluctant to try it out but he needed a haircut badly so we were willing to go on a limb and try it out. Sherron has done my hair for years and I’ve followed her to many of the locations she worked at. My husband and I both give her our highest recommendations! Not only has she done wonderful on my hair, but she’s proven to be highly skilled in men’s cuts as well! We will continue to use her for years to come. If you’re wary of using a randomly selected stylist as a walk in I would suggest you take the time to wait for Sherron to service your hair – it’ll by and above be worth your time to make sure she sees you. Thanks again for a job well done Sherron! We appreciate you going above and beyond to offer us such amazing customer service and high quality work throughout the years!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely mortified by my hair cut. Showed a picture of a textured Bob. The girl started doing it and I explained it was a bit too long wanted her to go in shorter. She then got an attitude and was rude and said well then you won’t be able to put it up. She never added layers or texted it. Just simply sent me on my way. Horribe
