Their online booking system is a joke and they totally disrespect customer’s time. We make the appointment online and show up on time. They are all working and we had to wait, which is ok. However, they keep letting people cut in front of us and we waited for almost 50 minutes.

Weekends are the busiest with waiting time over an hour. Booking online helps a lot. But new stylists have no udea how to hold the line. You come first and wait and you rdmind you waited a while. Quality is so so. If you find one stylist that is ok for you hold to her. Recently higher stylists are disaster. It feels like they worked in prison camp before.

I was able to just walk in and get a cut. I think they recommend using their app or calling ahead to schedule a time. Good hair cut. This was the first time I was here but they had my records from my visit at another place. Something you would expect these days but a nice touch.

I knew she didn’t have many years of experience because she did not know how to use their computer system. Even without it, you just know when you get a haircut whether this person is a senior stylist or not. But this is an affordable haircut place so I try not to complain too much. Anyhow, I did not like the way she cut on back of my hair when I saw it in the mirror. Well, she already took off the cover from my shoulder. She brushed off some hairs on my neck with a little brush and expected me to leave. I’ve been there at least five times so far. This was not a pleasant experience. Checked in online. Got there and they were closed. First associate was more concerned with closing the register than talking with me. Second associate seemed unconcerned that online checkin service indicated they were open until 5:00. I do not expect them to change their hours but poor customer service very frustrating.
