They used to be really cheap, like $12. Then they would mail out coupons for haircuts for like $5.99 or $6.99 but they stopped doing that a year ago. Can’t make an appointment, it’s walk in only. Also just a cut is $20, which is average but a wash alone cost $9! I could buy 2 bottles of shampoo for that price! It’s ridiculous! I told the stylist EXACTLY what I wanted and she cut my hair too short by like an inch or two in the back so you can see the hair growing out in my neck, which I hate. I have NEVER had a haircut I didn’t really like before and I’m 35 years old, but this was the first time. I’ve gone there MANY times and never had a problem, but this time was a bad experience!

Amber’s stylist was Nichole who was AMAZING! Personable, efficient and great service. Amber’s a person who dreads haircuts more than dentist appointments, this is the first haircut that she left the shop feeling refreshed. This Great Clips is always my first choice. The staff is very friendly. The place is clean. They make you feel welcome and relaxed so much so that I’ve now fallen asleep twice on the staff! Lol!!!
