Went in there, as I have for years, and they asked if I wanted the same as last time to which I said yes. Completely did not do a fade on the sides, instead just cutting it at the same length. Then asked if I wanted my sideburns off to which I said yes, and then she cut that and more, creating an awkward long straight line on the side of my head. Did not edge around the ear like they usually do. Did not ask how I wanted the back edge of my head cut like they usually do. Did not offer powder at the end. And worst of all I went back in to ask if they could fix the many stray hairs sticking up on the top of my head. She tried to fix it, but then said she couldn’t make it any better. I guess the original cut was so poor that I’m stuck with a bunch of stray hairs sticking straight up. Now going somewhere else to get my hair fixed and don’t think I can return.
