BB made my first experience here at Grayson Nail Spa exhilarating! I got a pedicure with the hot towel and callus removal. Her leg message released much tension. I wanted to take a nap afterwards lol. The hot towel topped off the great service BB gave me. My only wish for my next visit is the light that dries your polish fast. I bumped them on the way home. But overall a fantastic first visit.

My daughter and I was here one day and I the middle of getting our nails done, they got a call that the State Board was on the way. All of a sudden all of the employees started running around and grabbing new stuff from the back and replacing all of the old used stuff. Then another girl ran out and pulled her car around the back. Ok so me and my wife walk into the shop that is clearly open, we enter and a white male and white woman are getting their feet done, me and my wife begin to sit down and an Asian lady says “we’re closed” excuse me? Then why is the door open with people being worked on? I hate using the race card, but that was clear discrimination. I’ll never step foot in that place again.

I happened upon this location because I was in the area and had a surprise bit of free time. I’m so happy I went. The customer service was outstanding. It was a clean and pretty salon with very little wait to get started. Even though it was my first time, I was treated like a regular. My nail technician even switched around her routine so my toes would dry in time for me to wear my boots out into the rain. Definitely recommend!

I went here off the limb wanting my nails done. I normally go somewhere else and was very hesitant, as I am very picky about my nails. To my surprise they did an amazing job! I can’t remember the lady who did my nails but she was so awesome that I came back the next day with my teenage daughter and her friend to get their nails done. I’ll definitely go there again!!!
