The salon is clean and lovely. All the girls are great. I gave clear and realistic expectations for what I was trying to achieve, sadly, I left looking exactly the same and was charged the full price of $225. If what I wanted wasn’t able to be achieved then that should have been communicated to me during the process instead of turning me away from the mirror for the duration of the appointment. I’m also an experienced hair stylist and other options could have been discussed other than – completely covering a whole head of balayage highlights with a toner almost as dark as my hair, which is a very dark brown. Needless to say, will not return.

I have spent tons of money trying to get beautiful blonde in my dark hair. After my hair was basically chemical cut from a nightmare experience I walked in the GrayceChapman. I’d been following them on Instagram for a couple years. I was met by a beautiful girl who had the exact color blonde I was hoping for. A few weeks later I had my appointment and Lauren was able to color correct my nightmare hair into hair I LOVE. I went back a few months later and Megan highlighted my hair and again it was gorgeous. I will never let any other salon lighten my hair. And because of their technique I don’t have an ugly line when my roots grow out. I haven’t had my hair done in 4 months and I’m still happy with it
