My first appointment at Gray Aesthetics, I was over an hour late due to getting lost. When I finally arrived, the very first thing Reena said was “are you okay? I was so worried” That’s the type of person she is compassionate, friendly and genuine. Most facilities would have made me reschedule and possibly change a few, but Reena proceed to take care of me. She is truly a blessing. I was extremely swollen due to not being able to get regular massages, within that first visit she drastically reduced my discomfort and swelling– I felt like myself again.
