My stylist said she would cut off one inch because I told her I really enjoy the length and just wanted to clean it up after a long time with no cut due to the pandemic. She said that – but cut off way more without asking if it was ok. She cut 4 to 5 inches. A stylist should do what she says she’ll do, otherwise it feels violating. One inch shouldn’t become 4 or 5. It was a good haircut but the shock of too much hair cut off was upsetting.

Made an appointment for highlights and a keratin treatment. The keratin is much less expensive than in the US. Jason and Gina were great hosts. Very happy with my hair. As an American I’m not used to being served water or tea at the salon. Great experience over all

Patricia is a genius! She is probably the best colorist I’ve ever had and also does a brilliant job of capturing the style that I want. In addition, she is kind, fun and the salon is beautiful.

Terrible service, owner was so busy with three other clients at the same time, left large spot in back of head where color was not applied. Left color on so long, over an hour, than it was much darker than discussed. I was a new customer and clearly she was more interested in her regular clientele. I am not sure how she plans to attract new customers?
