I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I am so happy with them. Big place, nice decor, friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone compliments my nails now and tells me how smooth they look. They take their time, they are extremely detailed, and very professional. Not every nail tech is an actual artist capable of doing special designs so you may need to wait a few minutes for one to become available but they are worth the wait. Bring pictures and they can match almost any design. I’ve recommended a few ppl now and they have all been very happy! A bit pricey but my nails last 3 weeks instead of the normal two weeks so it’s worth the difference! Give them a shot!!!!

My friend and I went here the other day. The pedicure went great, no complaints. I thought my nails went great until I got in my car and took a closer look. The nail tech took no care in removing the glue or powder from the Nextgen application. The whole manicure process felt rushed and in-genuine. For the price I am greatly disappointed in this nail salon. Go here if you want nails that look great from far away.

Came here last night for a gel manicure and not even 12 hours later it bubbled up and fell off and was goopy and got red everywhere. Walked in to get it fixed after driving 45 minutes back and another client was also upset about a service they provided them too and the staff was yelling at them. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want gross nails and to be yelled at.

Had a gel manicure and gel pedicure done on a Tuesday afternoon, and I had a wedding to be apart of Friday evening. I woke up Wednesday to no color on my nails or toes. I was asked if I used any sort of new lotion or polish, I said no. I called and said I needed my nails fixed and that I was going out of town. I was told that they are very busy and they can try and fit me in Friday morning. I went to the salon early Friday morning to get my nails and toes fixed. I thought they would removed the old gel polish from my nails and toes and replace. However, all they did was simply paint over the nail. Now not even a week and half of paying 90+ dollars on nails everything has chipped off to show the no color polish that was originally done. Worst money and service I have spent in a very long time.

Sue did an excellent job on my ombré nails I don’t get my nails done often, so for me it was a treat well worth the price. I also appreciated management who tried to diligently get everyone taken care of. Honestly, all the nail techs around me seemed to be doing a great job. Tracy did my polish change I’m very happy with the results. They were both efficient.

Do not waste your time coming here they use cheap product and don’t make things right when a incident happens. There is literally a green tint in between my ombré and nail broke say 2 after fresh set so that means application and prep was not done correctly. When complaining to the manager he was very apathetic and did not want to acknowledge the complaint and did not to want to fix the issue. They have no one to do design or do your nails the way you want them. Very unorganized and most of the staff is rude. Most importantly they are extremely overpriced they don’t even use quality product to charge that price. Also charge for every little thing $25 for length is a stretch. They also discriminate against black customers making them feel unwanted and uncomfortable.

Don’t ever go here!! They have horrible customer service!! I went to Sunny Thy Ma and she was so rude!! I told her in the beginning when one of my hands had tips on that they were too short and she refused to fix them to my liking. Then when I showed her the color I wanted she did a completely different color!! I went to the establishment the next day to talk with the manager to see if I could AT LEAST get gel on top to cover the horrible color and they refused!!! Then I got screamed at by the employee that did my nails!! I am NEVER coming back here again!! So save yourself the time and find a better nail salon!!!! -1000/10

Gravity Nails is my go-to nail salon in the area. Nick is fantastic and always does a wonderful job. They have a large selection of colors and lots of techs on staff. They do get busy, for a good reason, so I always make an appointment. I’d recommend this spot for all nail care to anyone searching! This is my favorite mail place and I’ve been to all of them around here. They give a good massage when you’re getting a pedicure and they have good working chairs. These are both very important parts of the nail experience to me. My only suggestion is if you have an appointment you shouldn’t have to wait a half an hour… Hand & foot massages, French manicures, Acrylic nails, Nail art, Pedicure
