I have been pretty scared to share my opinion for a really long while because I did not to ruin the reputation of this place, but I still feel uncomfortable when I think about this salon. I went to bleach my hair this one time and my assigned hair professional was Christine. She seemed very nice and enthusiastic at first, but boy was I wrong. First things first, she made me wait 30 min after the appointment. I got to the place right on time She would not let me go out for lunch (mind you, I was there for several hours). I understand that it could affect the hair dying process, but that’s not fair when all the workers are eating in the back during lunch time. She got irritated at me because she was late to one of her own personal events, and made me feel as if the whole ordeal was my fault. I was pretty young at the time, and I get everyone has problems, but no one has the right to take their problems out on another person, especially if they are a lot younger. To top all off, she told me that the process was supposed to cost me several hundred dollars and I paid less than she did it for, but she NEVER told me an exact cost from the beginning. She is quite talented and skilled when it comes to her work, but her professionalism is way out of hand.

They are very accommodating and helpful. I had a 3-month-old baby I had to get back to in a hurry and they were very helpful. They also accommodate Muslim women with headscarves/hijabs, however, it needs to be done a bit better as some of the male staff are walking in and around plus the shampoo area is also not screened so no privacy during and then you have to walk across with little cover to the station where your hair is being cut/treated. Also, while the hairdressers are very friendly and chatty, I have not come out of the salon feeling happy or entirely satisfied with the quality of the cut or treatment.

Prices are not worth the experience here. A regular hair cut and blow dry is over priced as is and anything beyond that pricss become mind boggling. Enviornment is weird and gross. Staff was rude and have zero customer service experience what so ever. I’m glad other people have great experiences here, I guess they pick and choose who gets good service.

If there was a way to give a worse rating than one I would have given this place zero stars. Very poor service, the workers there were really rude and I would not come back. These people don’t know the first thing about hair treatment and it’s sad that they were even employed. I have never felt so uncomfortable than when I was in this Salon. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Again VERY rude workers.
