I went in for a pedicure. The technician asked if I was interested in a manicure too. I said okay, however I requested a mini-mani. He did a full manicure. The problem I had is when the technician (Kevin) was trimming my toe nail, he dug into the side of my nail bed, with too much force. It hurt instantly (bad!) and I yelped and pulled away. He quickly gas-lighted the situation by saying I had an ingrown toenail. I’ve never had, currently do not have, and am not prone to ingrown toenails. I told him it was not ingrown, period. When he trimmed my cuticles on my fingers I was left with sore spots two days later. My toe is now infected. I am not at happy with my experience at Grass Valley Nails and do not intend to return. Buyer be ware.

The lady at the first station by the front desk is terrible and not sanitary. I made an appointment and she over booked herself and rushed through my nails and didn’t listen to what I wanted. They weren’t fully dipped and color was missing through out my nails. She also filed them
