I used this nail salon for the first time two weeks ago. Not only did they continuously try to talk me into doing things I did not ask for but then proceeded to do a full manicure and pedicure (hot stones, hot towel, massages, etc) when all I wanted was a basic shellac manicure and pedicure. The woman doing my nails refused to do shellac as “it causes more damage to your nails and dip is better.” I left there with a $150 bill because of the services they just decided to tack on when I didn’t ask for them. Then I go back today to get my dip nails removed. They proceeded to try to talk me into getting a manicure and had the nerve to say “you could do shellac today, better for your nails and more natural” This place is an absolute joke and will do anything to get your money!

Rude and rough service. The nail tech made 6 of my fingers bleed and hurt me multiple times. When I’d bring it to her attention she would ignore me or say that I’m just a bleeder. Very disappointed in the service.

We came in today and were rushed. We weren’t given an option for which pedicure we wanted and got worse than a basic pedicure. The gel manicure was rushed, looks like it needs to be filled already, and costed as much as a full set of nails. From the moment my daughters and I walked in all employees were rude, acted as if we were putting them out by asking for service. One nail tech was so rough with my daughter, she was in tears. Paid for a deluxe pedicure, but received the bare minimum. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

Pretty good for my first time here. Didn’t have a lot of color selections for powder acrylic but I did hear a lady saying she could mix the colors to make the color preferred soooo.. Maybe that’s what they do. The prices are pretty reasonable I paid $40 for fullset and $32 for basic pedicure with color. My only negative thing to say is I dislike when you tell the nail tech what you want and they do something completely different… I did ask for regular acrylic and lady gave me dipping powder but it still turned out nice so I really didnt care. But overall good job. I liked the atmosphere as well.

I loved it! They were extremely sweet and did an amazing job! Constantly asking if that was the nail shape I wanted, if the nails looked crooked to me, and constantly checking up. I would highly recommend coming to this salon! I was very satisfied with the way my nails came out.

I loved my experience! Brought my young daughter and three of her friends to celebrate her birthday and the girls were placed in a private spa room under crystal chandlers. Each girl received an adult-like pedicure with leg scrub and massages included; they sang Happy Birthday (in two languages) to my daughter and gave her a little shower-lotion gift as we left. Myself, my mother and two other moms also received pedicures with the girls and we each remarked that the massage chairs were the best we have ever sat in! The staff was so kind and gracious and the prices were great. I am on a budget and was amazed at how affordable the prices were. My daughter had the best birthday ever!! When we left, one of her friends remarked, “I want to have my birthday here!!” Thank you Grants Nails and Spa for making my daughter’s day so special. It was her first real pedicure and she’ll remember it always because you made her feel like a princess. We will be back!!
