Staff is friendly and all, I just did not get what I asked for. My head looks okay. But I asked for the lady to line up my beard along the neck line, and JUST the neck line. Next thing I know, she shaves my cheek down to a jaw line but my neck was barely touched. And to make it worse, I noticed that one side of my beard was higher than the other when I got to the car.

Very nice staff but their photos insinuate they have a different clientele than they actually do. This is more of an old school barbershop for middle aged and older white men. Not so much for the thicker curlier hair and not so much with the fades.
