Amazing salon! Great service! And good quality! I recently moved to Flower Mound and i am always skeptical of new nail salons. But this place is great! I’ve been here twice already, I’m more of a short nail, single color kind of girl since I am in school and about to have a baby. But my mom likes to get them longer with designs and either way, they turn out beautiful! Hopefully in the future I’ll be able to go back to longer nails with designs because from what I’ve seen they do a great job.

I am new to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon and this is my new spot now. Extremely professional, clean and friendly. The manager on duty is always making sure things are running smoothly, the employees are smiling and interacting with the customers. I even spoke with a woman who said she has been coming here for the last 5 years and uses the same people:)

I was super excited to try this place out as I received a gift card for Mother’s Day, but sadly I was disappointed. I went with a friend and we both got a mani/pedi and overall had a great time. We were having a good time together so I didn’t really do a thorough inspection of my nails but I wish I would’ve, my fault. My toes turned out great but my manicure is the worst I’ve ever paid for. I did their milk and honey manicure, which felt great, but I only needed a basic nail shaping and paint job and that’s the part I’m disappointed in. The paint doesn’t cover my whole nail and the 2nd layer doesn’t even cover the 1st layer. If it was one nail, ok, no big deal, but it’s every single nail on both hands. Happy for those that have great experiences but unfortunately I will not be a repeat customer.

Mediocre at best. Dismissive Management, too busy to address that my request for matching powder nails and pedicure was not even ball park close. The response was well you pick one. Disappointed to say the least. The “extra” callous remover was nothing more that callous creme for our upgraded pedi. My dip nails were left as is, full of powder dip after top coat the tech moved on and never came back to ask me to wash my hands and moisturize even after I paid for cuticle clean and when I asked if they were going to add lotion the pedi guy just poured oil on top of my powdered hands. Just not a relaxing or professional experience. No thanks !

I am normally not one to leave reviews however my experience here yesterday was unacceptable, so much that I ordered a dip nail kit off of Amazon in the parking lot to attempt to fix my own nails. I am giving 2 stars because the front desk person was very attentive and got me in quickly as a walk in which I always appreciate. However, issues began whenever the nail technician, Theresa, was rude, extremely aggressive in the filing/shaping of my nails that they are still sore a day later & my nail lengths are uneven. I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted (simple short, ROUNDED square nails) and she said ‘no’, I was taken back and said “okay I mean whatever is easiest for you, I just need them short for work and not extremely square”. She then proceeded to not ask how short/if the length looked okay or even check if nails matched up in length. After she applied the dip I asked if she could round out the tips some more as they were literally square, she then got snippy with me and said “I haven’t even shaped them yet”, which she began to do, and did not round out the tips in the slightest, but made them more square. The whole appointment was awkward and I felt extremely uncomfortable, and left almost in tears as my nails not only were different lengths and shape of what I wanted, they simply looked cheaply done. I ended up going to my parents afterwards to pick up a few things and my mom even asked why my nails looked like they do and that I should’ve asked for a refund or different technician. I have been here a few other times and have always been satisfied but couldn’t believe the way I was treated and how poorly done my nails were. I’ve never not left a tip, as I am in the service industry as well, but I couldn’t even bring myself to tip $5.
