Overall I have had an amazing experience at this clinic. Soudi is great at what she does and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Front desk and the owner are also very friendly and desire the best for their customers. I have recommended their services to multiple of my friends already.

Update. Second and third time were much better. Setting was adjusted so that the laser did not burn my skin. The technician made sure I was satisfied before I left. Definitely suggest getting a test area in your first visit if you have brown skin.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice, especially Farah. She provides a clean and positive environment and is very friendly and knowledgeable too. I’ve went to two laser salons before coming to Grandeur and this one is my favorite by far. I felt comfortable with Farah right away and have been with her ever since. I can only recommend it and have anytime someone asked me about laser hair removal.

I’ve been getting laser here for 6+ months. These are the first laser treatments that have been effective for me and I’m extremely pleased with the results. The ladies who work here are very sweet, the prices are reasonable, and my technician in particular–Southie—was professional, kind, and thorough.

This place is very clean and nice. The technician that does the laser hair removal is super nice and has great customer service skills. HOWEVER, the receptionist from this place is awful. She has no patience for questions and has ghastly customer service skills and tact. I had some questions about a groupon I had bought and she treated me as if I was a moron, she snapped at me and kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak. She was extremely condescending too. All this while I was calmed and just trying to figure out how to get my money back so I could buy services directly with them. I understand that if a client is belligerent, she has to deal with the situation but I was calm and she still made a scene. If she doesn’t have patience to deal with clients, maybe she should be in the back dealing with books. I’ve also heard her argue with clients on the phone. This looks very distasteful for the establishment. Once I’m done with my 3 appointments, this place is not getting any more business from me.

Came in for an initial consultation and unfortunately had to wait for over 30 minutes for my apppontment. The front desk staff were really friendly and apologized for the wait and assured me every so often that I would be seen soon. The location itself was nice and clean on the inside and overall the staff were friendly. Grandeur also seems to have very affordable pricing for laser and offers a ton of services! My consultation itself was a 3 star, due to the technician’s bedside manner- however, given my experience with the other staff and the affordable pricing, I don’t think it will deter me from coming back.

I totally enjoyed their laser hair removal service. Nice staff and flexible hours. I had Farah for my treatment and I was fully satisfied with her. She is very nice and very patient. She makes sure she has covered every spot on your skin.
