I’ve been going there for years, and service was always top-notch. Sure, sometimes the wait was a bit long, but the haircut is worth it. The people is always kind, and cheerful. Don’t listen to some people who said they bad-mouthed them in Spanish, the barbers have every right to if the client doesn’t like their hard work. Overall, highly recommended!

I’ve been going to this barber shop for five years and the level of service has been declining consistently. The two barbers that are there at 9am regularly bad-mouth their clients in Spanish if they think the client doesn’t understand. I experienced this yesterday morning when I asked for a simple fade (which came out totally wrong). When I called them out for bad-mouthing my hair, there was just silence. Never again will I visit this business.

This has got to be the worst Barbershop in the entire planet, so I went to get a haircut today right so i sat down on the chair and i asked the barber his name is “El Montro” who I’ve used for many years to please help me charging my phone by using his wall adapter since i had my own charging cable; i noticed that he put on this mean and upset face from me just asking him to assist me with helping charge my phone. then i asked him why is he giving me attitude so i said to him you must really out of your mind then he replied to me by saying that i was out of line by saying that he was tripping because all i wanted from him was to assist me with charging my phone, in return he lashed out calling me out in front of everyone keep in mind I’ve been his client for years and this is how you treat your client it is unacceptable the way i was treated by this rude barber. he even went as far as to pumping his chest making statements such as I’m quoting him ” I’m a real men” etc.. blah blah. so i did the mature thing and only thing i got up and left and i told him that i will never use him or this very unprofessional barbershop ever again! I mean they’re losing clients from left to right because of this and other reasons which i won’t mention at this moment. “SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BARBERSHOP THEY DON’T SHOW THEIR CUSTOMERS ANY RESPECT OR APPRECIATION” I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
