I had my nails done and I’m sad I ever stepped in the door. Customer service wasn’t bad when I was there. Nails looked good. Then 2 days later they just started falling off. Like press ons would. Left messages with them with zero response. I’ve never ever had this happen Dip powder

The dirtiest place I have ever been to reused paraffin wax. Poured liquid used on a customer Back into container. My nails are crooked and not even smooth on top. Single-handedly the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my 50 years. Do not deserve to be in business. I will post a picture.

They reuse product and I now have a nail fungus. When I called to ask what product they used after getting the fungus the Amy lady said they do not tell customers! Do not use unless you want to lose your nails!!!!!! Dip powder

I recently moved to Gainesville from Denton and have been trying different nail salons in town. I found my happy place at Grand. There salon is really beautiful with chandeliers, the massage chairs are a step above everyone else’s, the cushion behind your head would actually massage you head! My nail techs Le and June were pretty awesome too. I get dipped manicure with my natural nails and when June was done, they looked really natural, not too thick. I really enjoyed that the salon was very clean and organized and that the nail techs spoke and understood English. I had a very relaxing experience and did not feel like I was rushed through an assembly line which has been my experience with another salon in town.
