I do not recommend going here the quality of work is not good! My nails where not cut and shaped as asked short and round not square. The paint is messy looking missing in spots and rough to the feel, oh and extremely crooked making my toenails look crooked. Then on top of that they up charge with out Disclosure. So in the pedicure section it states polish included said nothing else. I didn’t want to be mean to the lady she was so sweet and I hate leaving this review but the manager very rude. Tried to tell me the up charge is listed in menu but here is the thing it’s listed in the Ala-Cart section under polish change no were in the pedicure menu does it state that, also in menu it’s $5.00 they were charging $7.00. The manger just had to show me the menu bc I was wrong for disputing the price. The manager was so incredibly argumentative that I literally had to tell her to just check me out so I could leave. I do not like conflict and never am rude to service industry people.But there’s a certain point when something’s are just not okay. I just spent 60.00 dollars for something that looks beyond awful and the pictures really don’t do it justice. I won’t recommend this service to anyone. I now get to spend more money fixing this.

This nail spa is beautifully decorated and has all new fixtures, it is such a relaxing place. All the nail technicians are very sweet, they make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. I have used dozens of nail spa in the pass, but Grand NailSpa at 2041 HWY 287 N. Mansfield is by far the best I have ever used. They listen to there clients to ensure they get the nails that they want. Their attention to detail is Phenomenal. I have never been so happy to get my dip nails done as I am with Derit (the owner) in the entire time I have been having my nails done, which is over 20 years. Their pedicures are also the best. The technicians are patient, gentle and kind. I highly recommend Grand NailSpa.

To start off. The lady that runs the place is super rude. I think her name is Angel. She’s not friendly and actually blew the entire time she did my nails due my family and I being the last clients. My toes are so ugly. The shape is weird and the polish doesn’t meet the cuticle. My dip has not lasted it cracked after the first week. Just save your money and do your own toes and nails at home because this place is not 5 stars

Terrible service & my manicure was so bad. I wanted to try out this place because their sign said under new management but the service was terrible. They upcharged me & pretended that they didn’t understand what I was saying.I spoke clearly & was very nice & respectful & the lady who did my nails agreed that she understood what I wanted after my 3rd time of explaining & pointing at my choice in the book. Once she & an older lady finished with my manicure & pedicure, I tried to leave & she told me to wait so they could do the paraffin soak.I asked her what was that she said, thinking I misheard her & she mumbled & walked away. Next thing I know the older lady grabbed my hands & placed them in the bags. I asked to speak to the manicurist & she tried to argue with me saying that this is what I wanted. Because the older lady was so nice & I didn’t want for her to not get paid for her great work, I paid my tab & left. But the younger lady who helps run the shop is terrible & will upcharge you while pretending she doesn’t understand. I try to always be nice & respectful to service industry employees but I’m not exaggerating when I say that I was cheated into spending more money & on top of that my nails were terrible. I took them off after a week because they were so rippled & ugly.
