Critical: ProfessionalismCritical:ProfessionalismI came for an appointment with my sister to get my nails done for her wedding. The owner was rude to us because we made a appointment for a “manicure” but wanted acrylic, I’ve called nail salons before and have never had to specify. Then they told they couldn’t do acrylic, so as I waited for my sister to be done they agreed to do my acrylic nails. But as I was doing my nails I was told by the man doing my nails that the shape I choose for my nails would not look good on me. Then as I was looking at my nails I noticed the there were still some filling to be done and As I toldHim, he yelled at me to wait! And told me he wasn’t finished yet and that I need to be patience. It had been a long time since I had gotten my nails done and was unsure of the process but a simple “yes, well get to that soon” would have been great rather than being yelled at. Getting my nails done was supposed to be fun but I was treated rudely and unprofessional. I do not recommend this nail salon. Nice people but don’t know what they are doing ! My daughter had a full set put on she had to remove them the guy didn’t build the apex and sanded so much on the sides of her nails she had to take them off from pain also because he didn’t do them right very disappointing ! As for myself my gel is coming off and we just had them done Thursday seriously not a good experience I won’t be going back ever !!!!!!!!

My girlfriend went there to get acrylics and left with a crooked nail and bleeding on multiple fingers! All the sides of her fingers are very sore. Plus on top of that the techs tricked her into spending more money when she clearly asked for the price of the cheaper pedicure but instead charged her an extra 15 dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they need to be more considerate of their customers!

The male employee was rude and unprofessional. His work was messy and he spend half the appointment”cleaning’ up his work. He couldn’t do the design I asked for so I just got french tips. When I asked about all the extra product under my fingernails he proceeded to practically yell at me about him going to clean up his work later. On top of that, some of my fingernails are now crooked. I will not be returning to for him to fix my nails. I no longer trust this establishment with my acrylic nails.

Owner was nice. But I left bleeding, the sides of my nails are so sore. When I tried to explain that my nail looked weird. My nail tech was short and not very nice. Slapped the file down in front of me and told me to do it myself. Then told me I messed up my nail… a few of my nails are crooked.. good atmosphere though. Acrylic nails

The owner was absolutely, disgustingly rude to us because my sister decided she didn’t want her toes done. Also, when I made an appointment I made one for a “manicure” but wanted acrylics (I didn’t know you had to specify), and he absolutely ripped into me and yelled at me in front of everyone about not specifying that I wanted acrylics over the phone. It was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and degrading. I don’t know how someone could treat a bride-to-be (or any customer for that matter) like that. The owner was absolutely, disgustingly rude to us because my sister decided she didn’t want her toes done. Also, when I made an appointment I made one for a “manicure” but wanted acrylics (I didn’t know you had to specify), and he absolutely ripped into me and yelled at me in front of everyone about not specifying that I wanted acrylics over the phone.
