I went to get my underarms waxed because wax in the city was booked for the day and the wax was FREAKING hot. It burned my skin. It’s been over a month and my skin is really patchy and very dry. I was telling the lady that it was really hot and that it’s burning me and all she kept saying was that she lowered the temp already. Also she made a really unnecessary side comment about my underarms being “very dark” which is rude and unprofessional. Im not very insecure about my underarms color tone but now I feel.. weird and think they’re way worse than what they might actually be. Never going here again.

My husband and I went in to have a relaxing evening with pedicures, and to get my nails done. Well that is not what happened. The lady Sliced my husband’s big toe open and I showed pictures 3 times to the guy doing my nails and I did not even get close to what I asked for and i was over charged!!! Lynn is the best! Came in 40 min before they closed and she did a speedy dip fill. Best part she color matched my opi and suggested a cool ombré neutral look. Love this place. Easy, friendly, clean and professional.

I was at given a $10 coupon the 1st time I so went so, although it was over priced I decided to go again bc it’s so close and I can get my pedicure while my kids are at their dance class. It took a little longer this time so I was in a hurry when I left and didn’t notice that although the lady checking me out acknowledged my coupon she did not credit me for it at all! Not even in San Diego does it cost this much for just a pedicure! $60 is way too much for what I received!
