Grand Nails Salon was a such a great and welcoming experience! I got their Majestic tropical manicure with dip powder. The environment in this salon is welcoming and clean! The staff was super patient with me and even helped me pick a color that was flattering on my skin tone, just in time for summer. My first time there. They were super quick. But I went in pretty late so I think thats why I felt a bit rushed. Would of like designs on them but I couldn’t quite understand what they were saying. I asked what last longer & thought I wad getting something else. Still came out nice. Wished my 1st experience was better. Overall it was nice & fast service.

I went into grand nails salon today to get a full set of acrylics taken off that I had gotten at another nail salon. If you’ve had acrylic nails before you know the proper way to take them off is by soaking them off in %100 acititone. (I used to do nails as well) So when the women started taking off my nails I was horrified. She started PRYING my nails off with an extra nail tip. Even the ones that hadn’t started lifting. I said owww multiple times due to her literally tearing my nail (picture below) I also have multiple other sores on my fingers from her filing my skin. I was in and out of the chair in no more than 15 min! My nails are now damaged and frail. She also didn’t even get all of the acrylic off. Do not go to this salon.
