Absolutely disgusting! I thought I must’ve missed them opening the tools for my pedicure because I was on my phone. After the pedicure he washed the tools off in my foot water and placed them in a small container. I thought that was weird but must be what they do before they sterilize them. He placed the small container in a box with lotion bottles. He placed the box by the wall behind the chairs. I thought that must be the “used” pedicure box area. A lady came in while I was having nails done and wanted a pedicure. The same guy helped her. I was checking in with my daughter that was also getting nails done. When I looked back at my nail tech she was using dusty tools out of a dusty pink box and files that had already been used. I looked over at the “used” box and it was gone. He was using the same box for the new lady. It still had the nail polish I used in it. I saw the small container open and he was using the metal tools. I asked my daughter if the older lady opened a package of tools for her pedicure and she said no, she got them out of a container.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s complete hit or miss. This time my nail tech was a male, he was nice but the pedicure was not good. His nails were long and during the foot massage they were digging into my skin, the complete opposite of relaxing. Also his nail polish skills are bad. Just because you can do a pedicure doesn’t necessarily mean your good at it or you should. I paid $50 for this pedicure. I probably won’t go back. I need to find a quality place that has consistent results. It’s seems like they let anyone do the job without worrying if they do a good job.

The man that did my nails was very nice. My toenails on the other hand did not look very nice. My toenails looked liked this after I asked him if he could clean up some of the polish around my toes. This is the second time in a row my pedicure was not very great. I guess it’s time to try a different salon.

It amazes me how they remember everyone’s names, their family member’s names, and ASK about them with sincerity. I was here a couple months ago and am finally writing my review now. The manager is rude to her customers and her staff. It was very awkward and embarrassing. When I came as a walk-in, I was treated pretty cold. I got a simple shellac manicure and a regular pedicure – which they got the color wrong and was nothing like the one I selected. They charged me $100. I questioned the total but they started becoming defensive. Instead of causing a scene, I paid and left. I will not be coming again and wasting $$ here.

I called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment on Thursday morning @ 9am with Mya for both services – dip powder with tips and manicure and a pedicure. They asked me to arrive @ 9:15am, which I did. I was greeted my Mya who was not friendly nor professional. I ask for her at every appointment as I feel she does the best work. She was very difficult all morning and argumentative. At one point she stated “oh my God” and rolled her eyes at me. I then asked her not to stop working on my fingernails. Every fingernail was a different length and shape and I asked if she could make them more even. She did not give me a manicure with my service and at this time I was having my pedicure down by someone else, when I specifically asked that she does both services when I scheduled my appointment. I will not be returning to this salon. I have been coming here exclusively since I move back to Colorado in July 2021.
