I was supposed to be getting a manicure after soak off. Not only did the nail tech not take down my polish after I said I didn’t like it, he didn’t clean my nails or lotion them after the acetone. My hands are so dry. He said he was giving me ‘discounts’ for a basic manicure. I’ve been disappointed two times coming here and they didn’t want to take off anything off my bill. I didn’t get the same treatment for a normal incomplete manicure. I am never coming back to this shop or nail shops again. They don’t care about satisfying their customers, just making money.

First time here and I really liked it! I’m definitely coming back. They were really friendly and super detail oriented. I got a basic pedicure ($25) and they still massaged my feet. I also got an SNS manicure ($40).

Absolutely outstanding!!! It has taken many years for me to find a good nail place here in Phoenix, and this sure is the place. I had let my nails go, and Kathy worked so hard to make them look good again! She made sure I was happy with the service and nail color. Very clean and everyone gets a new, sterile kit for nail work; something I’ve never found at any other nail place. Super excited, and I will never go to any other salon!

Went there yesterday after seeing their “Now Open” sign on their building the day before. Right as I walked in it looked very elegant and clean. I was greeted right away and seated in a pedicure chair. Christina did my pedicure and she was great. Very sweet and gave a great massage. Nina did my gel manicure and it came out amazing. The staff is very nice and friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a 9 AM appointment for a manicure and pedicure For the pedicure I was taken in at 9 I requested the same to nail Tech that I had 2 weeks prior neither one was even there the pedicure was done well then I waited 40 min for the manicure, walk ins were taken before me. When the girl sat down to do my nails she quickly trimmed my cuticles, cutting me twice and they were really jagged. I just wanted polish but she insisted I get them dipped, the color was off so she then put gel on top of the dip to match the color I wanted…$100.00 for a horrible job…I will never go back
