What an amazing job Jessie did. The place is wonderful. More importantly I pay attention to detail, and so did Jessie! I pick at my cuticles, is anything is out of place, I will pick until I ruin my nails. I made one comment about this, and Jessie did the rest! I am in love with my nails. I showed Jessie a picture, she took about 10 min to gather the supplies, constantly kept checking the pic to make sure she had it right. She has an eye for beautiful designs! I will be returning!

Jessie did a wonderful job on my nails! The salon is very clean and everyone is so friendly!! I always have a hard time finding someone to shape my long nails correctly and she did it perfectly! I will definitely be back!

I have been a regular at this salon for 3 years and the service here has always been impeccable since my very first visit. They offer a variety of different services including pedicures, manicures, waxing, acrylic, dip power, gel, and many others. The staff is so extremely welcoming and never fail to cater to your needs. The atmosphere throughout the salon is always very relaxing as well, unlike the other salons I have visited in the past that are always chaotic or hectic. Overall, very clean, the staff is so welcoming, and I leave satisfied after every visit. If you ever visit the Richmond area, be sure to stop by GNB, you won’t regret it!

It was my first time there, getting a pedicure. The atmosphere was clean and nice. My technician, Kelly was funny and personable. The prices are a bit steep, but the service is good. I plan to go back. I told them I’ll be the easiest customer they’ll ever have, as, I don’t do much and don’t put up a fuss, so long as the service is good and customer-focused.
