My nails look uneven and the shapes don’t match. I came here in desperation of not driving all the way to my usual nail spot in Addison, but never again! Even after setting an appointment, I ended up waiting 30 minutes. The guy talked to other workers the whole time he did my nails. He was even talking on the phone alot. Very unprofessional and I won’t be back.

If you’re looking for a place that follows safe covid-19 protocols this isn’t it. The salon only requires masks over the mouth. I had to ask the nail tech to pull her mask over her nose multiple times and others in the salon were not wearing their masks properly. Last I checked mouths, as well as noses are connected to your lungs and can be used to spread covid-19. Nail tech with pink hair was not rude per se, but definitely acted like she didn’t want to be at work.

Awful experience! Completely Price gouging you! Advice- look at your receipts before paying! I was told dip was going to be $35 then at check out I was told $47… $47 for what?? They could not explain it to me. Didn’t get the color I wanted or manicure I originally booked. Instead, they turn to each other and proceeded to talk bad about me! Not to mention I left unsatisfied! Also, do NOT even think about booking an appointment… you will wait over 30 mins! Do not recommend!

My nail tech was Cindy. I feel like she rushed through my nails due to bad weather. I usually go to another nail shop in the same shopping center but they were busy. My nails are the worst. I asked if she new how to do Coffin shape before even starting. The sape and length all vary. It was a very messy job. I asked for red nails with one nail on each hand silver glitter. There are specks of glitter in all the red nails. I have red color stuck to my fingers and drill marks on my nails. My nails are not smooth, they are lumpy and uneven. I paid $60 for this! This includes a $10 tip. I always give a 20% tip because I’m a Cosmetologist and I know how it is. I wish I would have taken the time to really look at my nails before I left but the weather was bad and I was trying to get home with my son because the roads were starting to ice over. I was wondering why the customer next to me kept looking at my nails. She must have know what I was getting myself into. I will not be back to this location unless I am able to have my nails redone at no cost by another nail tech. I just got them done yesterday 2/2/2022. They look so old. *Update…… The salon has offered to redo my nails so I have changed to three stars. I appreciate the fast response and will update again after I receive a new set.
