Everyone here was so professional and courteous. I dealt with a receptionist, a girl who started my polish removal, and then Jerry who did my nails. Jerry was so patient and listened to my requests. I had come here after receiving a very poorly done manicure somewhere else, and he was able to get my nails looking presentable again! His attention to detail was amazing and he made great conversation. He was an absolute delight and I can’t wait to come back. Make sure to make an appointment before going by the way. I made one and was taken right away, but they were very busy and I noticed those who didn’t have an appointment had to wait a bit.

Came in for the first time and had a great experience. Emma was very nice and gentle with the drill. She did an amazing job. However, on my 2nd visit I wasn’t happy with a flower petal and I was being brushed off and rushed out. I continued asking for a bit more white on a petal until the very last moment. After finally getting it fixed my nails ended up looking great. Jerry did a great pedicure but wasn’t willing to paint the flower design and called over another nail tech. I had John and he looked mad and it’s just those last 5 minutes that soured my experience.

I love this nail salon! Everyone here is always so friendly and accommodating! The staff is wonderful, when I make an appointment, I usually pick the “anyone” option and I feel like I’ve been with most of the technicians there. Everyone I’ve dealt with does a phenomenal job with my nails and I always come out a happy customer. When I ask for a design, theirs is always better than what I’ve showed them. I added a few pictures of some of the designs and colors they have done. Prices are also very reasonable there!!

I just moved to Rhode Island from Pennsylvania and I was dreading finding a new nail salon. I’ve been getting my nails done every 3 weeks for years so I can be a pretty harsh critic. I came in for a pedi and an acrylic fill. Jerry did a great job. He really pays attention to detail and that so important to me. Definitely will be returning in 3 weeks.

thank you so much to tim and rest of the staff at grand nails!! everyone was so friendly and helpful. the salon itself is clean and there are so many treatments offered. the online booking was very simple and convenient. it’s difficult to find people that can do liquid gel nails in rhode island, but tim helped me find the perfect match to my reference picture. johnny did a wonderful job on my nails, taking time and care to map out the jewel layout. i was very happy by the end of my trip to grand nails. highly recommend visiting and i will definitely return.
