Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give zero stars, I would. A group of my friends and I made an appointment a week prior to work with our work schedules. The guy called me 30 minutes before my appointment and asked us to cone in early and got agitated after I informed him I couldn’t due to work. Once we actually got there, he messed up almost everyone’s nails and wouldn’t even do what was asked. Some of us got pedicures and they were very poorly done. They had cut my toe and messed up my friend’s toe horribly. My nails broke a week after the appointment and my friends had broken and cracked so easily. For the prices being so expensive, you’d think they would’ve been done better. Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. A group of my friends and I made an appointment a week prior to work with our work schedules. The guy called me 30 minutes before my appointment and asked us to cone in early and got agitated after I informed him I couldn’t due to work. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did not come close. Nothing looked good. My pedicure was extremely uncomfortable. They ended up ignoring me over me asking nicely to fix what they did. They never fixed it. Honistly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. Do not waste your hard earned money in this place. I’m incredibly saddened and disappointed in this place. The owner was incredibly agitated and upset with any phone calls or appointments also.P. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did not come close. Nothing looked good. My pedicure was extremely uncomfortable. They ended up ignoring me over me asking nicely to fix what they did. They never fixed it. Honistly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. Do not waste your hard earned money in this place. I’m incredibly saddened and disappointed in this place. The owner was incredibly agitated and upset with any phone calls or appointments also.

Critical: Quality, ValueThis salon’s rate for a simple acrylic fill-in — no repairs — is 15% higher than other local salons, so I thought I’d be receiving a quality service to justify the higher cost. WRONG! The manicurist neglected to shape my nails as requested and, after I asked her again, she waited until she’d applied the polish and top coat to attempt to shape them. Additionally, I now have polish slopped over my cuticles in spots and a couple of my nails have polish missing in places altogether! PLUS they add a surcharge of $2 onto their already excessive cost if you choose to use a debit or credit card to pay for services. Needless to say I’ll avoid this substandard excuse for a salon in future and I suggest y’all do so, as well. This salon’s rate for a simple acrylic fill-in — no repairs — is 15% higher than other local salons, so I thought I’d be receiving a quality service to justify the higher cost. WRONG! The manicurist neglected to shape my nails as requested and, after I asked her again, she waited until she’d applied the polish and top coat to attempt to shape them.
