Decided to try this place. Wish I hadn’t. I called in advance and told the man what I wanted. He gave me a price. It wasn’t until after he laid the acrylic and I washed my hands that he tried to tell me what I wanted was $10 extra. He had the nerve to ask me to pay him after seeing i was visibly upset about it. I wasn’t thinking or else I would’ve told him to take the nails off. Why did I pay for something I didn’t want??! Then the nails got smeared and he didn’t even try to fix them! He was too busy trying to get to the next customer. I’m truly disgusted. I don’t even understand why I tried to support an Asian salon . They’re undeserving.

Tony is good at what he does. His sister is consistently nice and very pleasant. She also does very nice pedicures. I have been going there for over 10 years. My family and friends have gone there as well. Tony is very moody at times. Sometimes he feels like a nut sometimes he don’t. I had to find a new place closer to me in Broward. Good customer service should be consistent!

On September 12th went in with me and my daughter The Nail Tech was sitting there doing another nail tech feet and I believe it was the wife of the owner by the name of Tony I walked up a myself and ask her do you have anybody she stated no give her a few minutes mind you now there was no more customers in the shop it was three workers there Tony wife was doing a co-worker’s feet I sat down every bit of 10 minutes they was looking at the TV on their phone and I thought to myself why am I sitting here waiting for two workers to do each other fee and I’m a paying customer I got the hell out of there. Went to another shop called Parish nails and got the best customer service you can ask for and was glad to spend my $80 and that was including tips
