I felt like I was a foreigner walking into this place.. These are grown adults and the way they acted towards me was unwanting and childish. I was pleased with the outcome of my pedicure but the service was disgusting. The old lady who did my pedicure was rude as hell. I’m not sure why I did not walk out. She was so unprofessional. Grand nails won’t see me or my moola ever again. I wish south Florida had more black owned nail salons. It was hurtful to give my money to someone who was deserving of it.

After 10 years, I am leaving Grand Nails. I relocated 4 years ago and still come in town just to go to Grand Nails. However, I have noticed their service go down hill but today was the worst. Their lack of respect for customers, their money and time is beyond me! Linda had the worst attitude today and when I mentioned it to her, she wanted to argue with me and refuse service after waiting over an hour to be serviced. I escalated the issue to Tony or Peter (can’t remember his name) the owner and explained she had an issue with the previous customer and now me. He felt no need to address the situation. I explained maybe she needs to go home as she is running your customers away. I will never return and go somewhere that appreciates my business and is customer centric.

If I could give no stars, I would. This place is the worst nail salon in south Florida. They don’t respect people or their time. There are written signs everywhere that say: “don’t stand behind this desk!!” “Don’t sit here!!” “Don’t touch polish!!!” From the broken chairs, old towels and unsanitized tools, it’s clear they do not value customer safety or health. I hadn’t been here in a few years due to me moving. I stop by since I was in the area. The place is now run down. I stayed since there wasn’t that many people and it was starting to rain. Big mistake; I should’ve left when I had the chance. The wait was last long and the excuse, “we’re short staffed.” No one says anything to you about your wait. Other salons offer you water or wine…here I just got ignored.
