Came on a weekday, today Wednesday 6/8. Previous customer and I came back because of the great service I received on my first visit. I live in Anna, Tx which is a solid 45 minutes away. Arrived at 1040 for an 1100 o’clock appointment I made with a friend for 2 pedicures. Asked for 2 Deluxe pedicure up front, as well as telling the two technicians that we wanted deluxe pedicures. My friend got started on her pedicure first, my technician started about 10 minutes after. When she finally got started she asked me about lotion options and scrubs. Being my second time I hadn’t memorized what was included with the deluxe so given the options I just said lavender. Both pedicures were completely rushed, my manicure looks like whiteout and my nails are rough and don’t appear very manicured at all. When closing out the service to pay, I had been charged the “Lavander pedicure” priced at $8 more than the deluxe. When I mentioned it to the technician she said maybe I got confused. I said no I wasn’t I asked for 2 deluxe pedicures twice, which were $37 not $45. If I’d asked for the lavender, I’d happily pay whatever price. I don’t like however that she decided to up charge me and essentially trick me by asking what lotion and scrub I wanted, knowing that that wasn’t included on the deluxe pedicure package. If we were both happy with pedicure and my manicure, I’d be leaving a different review but I’m definitely not coming back, the weekday discount isn’t worth it with such poor service. We had to ask for water when normally most places are so welcoming and accommodating with there services and complementary drinks.

Anna did my nails. I got dip done and she did a fabulous job! Patrick the guy at the front desk was pretty overwhelmed by the amount of calls the salon was receiving and came across a little rude. Other than that will deff be back. Dip powder

Don’t waste your time. The colors in their sample set aren’t even close to what you get. When I asked why my color is so much lighter than the Q22 shown, the tech said that many of the colors aren’t accurate due to being painted on fake nails. My old nail place that closed down didn’t have this issue so I’m not sure why this is the case. This has happened to me a couple times now so I don’t plan on going back.

This place is always on point. I always feel really comfy and they always do a great job. Definitely a LGBTQ friendly place. The owner who presents masculine usually has their nails done too and is a total sweety.

Very helpful staff from the door. The nail salon is very big, spacious, and spa like in decor. I picked my nail color, then I was seated on a massage chair. The staff are very friendly, and courteous. My nails turned out great! I’ll definitely be going back.
