I love the nail color selections. I’ve looked every where for color changing polish . The nail tech was sweet. This was my first time getting a fill. I was charged $40. My daughter said that’s the price for a full set. I will need to investigate that.

I took my two teenagers here to get a full set. Myself for a pedicure and a fill. $205.00!!!!!!! My teen who has French tips, had hair in the nail that he left in it. Disgusting. My index that I had fixed, was put on crooked. Went Saturday 11/19 and on Thursday 11/24 one daughter lost 6 nails, just popped right off. Like their product didn’t attach. Then my other daughter lost nails and so did I! I have never had this happen! At the salon, for pedicure because they were so busy, they had my soaking my feet in just water for over 45 minutes. None of the customers that were waiting after me were addressed when they came in. When I called to ask if they would fix my two nails, I didn’t even ask for my money back or my kids to get fixed, they said no. Sorry but over $200 are you joking! I’ve had worse salons do my nails horribly but never had them pop off like this! Will never go back!

WORST French tip nails I’ve ever had. Paid 90 dollars for it and I even tipped 10 dollars on top of it. I didn’t realize how bad it was till she was already on the middle finger. I wanted my fingers to look elongated, now they’re just stubby with ugly French tips. She wanted the diamonds added cuz my nail was showing underneath. My own fault I didn’t correct her while she was in the process. I know better next time. I highly do DO NOT recommend coming here.

$65 for this! And on top of that they charge 35$ for my peppermint pedicure and 20$ MORE for French in my toes!???? They didn’t even let you know what they’re doing and how much they will charge for every single thing the do to you without even asking. SAD.

I’m legit obsessed with my nails right now! Lam did an amazing job!! This is my third visit and the experience has been consistent. Cindy gave me a mani/pedi the first visit and it was wonderful too! I highly recommend them. I love this place and will continue to come back for years to come. Great customer service.

I have so many problems with other places so I decided to take the 25 minute drive just to see Lam. He’s the best that you could get. He does an awesome job and he listens to you and does what you ask and better. I will be making that drive every month just to get my nails done the way I want. In the beginning of the year I had moved from Pflugerville to Austin and I haven’t been able to find any other nail tech like Lam. I have so many problems with other places so I decided to take the 25 minute drive just to see Lam. He’s the best that you could get. He does an awesome job and he listens to you and does what you ask and better. I will be making that drive every month just to get my nails done the way I want. Been coming here for a while to get my nails done and usually I’m very happy with the results However this last time, I got the worst service I’ve ever had here. I had the nail tech who sits at the left front table by the nail polish. She started rushing from the moment I sat down. I called before going to see if they could take me. It was a little over an hour left in their posted hours. They said yes, but the entire time I was there she was so rushed. If she was going to try to rush the manicure I wish they would’ve said to come back a different day.

I give this place 0 stars. This place is horrible. I went there last Saturday and in three days my nails started popping off like fake nails. I’ve already lost 6 nails since last Saturday when I had them done. I payed more than I’ve ever payed before to have them done there: $60!!!! They charged me 40 dollars for the cheap acrylic then 20 for the gel paint. At all the other nail salons I’ve ever been I’ve ever only paid 40-47 dollars for these two services together. This is robbery! I will not be returning. This is unacceptable business and service for my hard earned money. Terrible.

My peppermint pedicure was so relaxing and came out perfectly. After that, I got a full set of solar nails and asked for a very subtle ombre pink color with glitter.
