I got the cutest Halloween design on my nails by mashing up a few things I saw online! Jenifer was so supportive and encouraging about what I wanted. It’s hard to find a salon with good service and kind people so I was very happy! My pedicure was done by Kayden and he did a great job! I deep cleaned my home the night prior and my feet hurt so much; i chose the Grand Pedicure with the orange scent and 10/10 recommend.

Kelly did a great job on my nails. I showed her a reference picture of what I wanted and the changes I wanted to make. She tested out the colors I chose on a nail tip to make sure I liked the way the color looked. I love how my nails turned out and she did a great job on making it look how I wanted. Went in for an acrylic fill and gel color. Trish completely rushed my nails. Filling was painful and burned. She did not like when I changed my shape after she finished one hand and when I told her the nails weren’t dry after the UV light. She just didn’t seem like she enjoys her job. The finish product is messy, thick and not pretty. $45 wasted

I am leaving for vacation and had my toes done. I had sat for at least another 30-40 minutes with a friend after my nails were done. I left a $10 tip and then I had a little mishap with the gas pedal before even leaving the parking lot. I went right back in for a fix and this is what the girl felt was acceptable. I wasn’t even going to say anything about my nails not being cut even but clearly she lacks any skill. I will just have to make the drive and go back to my old salon that does an amazing job!

Sandy was absolutely wonderful. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I always schedule a minimum 2 hours in my personal schedule to make sure that I have plenty of time. Sandy had my nails looking the best they have in months in under an hour. She listened to what I wanted, checked in with me to make sure I was happy, and we chit-chatted for most of time time. I’ll be back like clock work to see her.

ATTENTION DISCRIMINATION HERE❗️❗️ I do not advise anyone to use this shop. The service is very poor and unprofessional. July 2 google leads me to use this shop because it was the closest one to me open. I came for a fill and pedicure. I was told that I couldn’t get a fill because I had powered nails. They suggested that I get a full set. I agreed and they begin to do the services. While getting my feet done the guy made the nail really thick where my nail had chipped. He also didn’t use the metal scrub for my feet. He was rushing through the service but I didn’t say anything to him. I had already decided that I wasn’t coming back here. Meanwhile the other guy was doing my nails. I had to tell him multiple times that he was hurting me. He was getting frustrated because he had a hard time taking the nails off. Once the man who was doing my feet was done with my feet he begins doing my nails. I tell him that my index nail was crooked. He starts speaking in another language to the other man. A lady walks over and I show her my nails. She agrees and tells him it’s crooked. He then gets mad says something to her in another language again. At this point the lady says to me that they couldn’t fix it because they were closing. I responded one moment let me go get my phone out the car I offer her to walk with me. I go to the passenger’s side of my car grab my phone and go back in. I ask for the manager and explain to him the person providing service just told me that they couldn’t finish my nails because y’all are closing and that I’m the only person being asked to leave. The only black person in the shop. I explained that I felt like I was being discriminated against. I wasn’t rude I had not done anything wrong and I didn’t deserve to be treated like that. I pleaded with him trying to get someone else to finish my nails so I could pay he said he had the right to deny service. Instead of him doing what was right he sided with to workers wrong doings. I stated I was calling the police and he responded that he already had called them. Upon the police arriving I learned they lied and said I was trying to steal services. Which was absolutely false. I was forced to pay for half some services. I was humiliated in front on other customers and still had to go somewhere else and pay for the services they decided to end. Very bad customer service❗️❗️The first time I went, their manager kept giving me excuses for my nails not to be done and when I finally got them done, they were terrible. The lines weren’t straight and the spider (for Halloween) only had 6 legs instead of 8. The second time I came the lady at the desk caught an attitude with me after I asked why it was going to be a 45 minute wait for an eyebrow wax. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Also I just took a look at their work and compared to what I get done, their skills are 0/10. If you want nice work done, look into other shops or book with a personal nail tech. Obviously their skills are basic and I wonder how they have a certificate for doing nails. Also keep in mind I’m African American and I noticed most of their customers are white (so they might have some racist tendencies with the way I was treated)❗️
