Love coming here! I normally have complicated designs, but they always take care of me. I’ve come here with my boyfriend to get a pedicure, & I’ve gotten tons of manicures. Clean place, nice people, & Nancy is just the sweetest. I was recommended here by a friend; haven’t stopped coming since. I went in two hours before they closed on Sunday and I originally was going to get a full set. I had a long wait so I was asked 3 times if I wanted a pedicure by the third time I was talked into it. They said it was a good idea so I didn’t have to sit and wait. But my nails for rushed and so did I. I was asked less than 5 minutes after my nails were painted if I needed anything else because they wanted to go home. So I felt pressured and obligated to leave the store where I messed up my nails be cause I was not given enough time to let them dry and I had to sit outside in the cold and wait for a ride because they pressured me out of the store after spending almost $100. I would like to be compensated for my horrible experience and lousy treatment.

Came in right before closing time. They still took me . I had to get a no chip pedicure and my old overlay soaked off my natural nails . I got them cut down and almond shaped. My fresh overlay is the best I’ve seen in a long time. There are lots of designs to choose from. staff was very welcoming and professional. Nice and clean building. I will definitely be coming back!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get a nail set inspired by a picture and the second I showed Connie the nail tech she said oh no that doesn’t look good. Then she continued to show me colors I didn’t like and said no to a pink shade I chose so we settled on a pretty teal color. She did my pedicure first, no complaints on that. She then seated me for my nails which she did not even do so I don’t understand why she has to tell me the designs I originally wanted were not up to her liking. I chose a design at first but the man doing my nails seemed so unsure and confused so I quickly suggested we do a solid color (same as my pedicure). I thought maybe spice it up with some gems but that was a fail they all fell off within 24 hours (&yes I do know how to properly take care of my nails and I’ve had PLENTY of gems on my acrylics). The gel/glue he used to adhere the gems with was so clumpy and it cured very rigid which he wasn’t going to fix by the was I had to ask for a layer of top coat over it. I think Connie was the woman who helped me most recently. She was such a nice energy and very kind. She was very skilled and attentive on my pedicure and gel manicure. I opted for a black Halloween decal over neon orange and they came out gorgeous. Was a great experience and very timely. Even though I moved away, I drive out to this place. 15 years now, Wow. I love coming here!

My nails came out great but when I went to go back for my pedicure I was handed a menu of different pedicures. I said I would just like a basic. That’s when Jenny snatched the menu from my hands a stormed of yelling in the salon so loudly in a different language !!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

OMG, what an amazing experience. My baby indulged me to a manicure and pedicure. I love what a fantastic job they do in pampering you. The deluxe pedicure is amazing. Love the paraffin treatment and thorough foot treatment. Loved it. Also indulged in a mini chair massage. Such a delightful experience. Can’t wait to go back.

I’ve never had an issue with this place until today. The nail tech that did my toes, Connie, had an attitude from the start. She was still massaging my legs and still needed to put the hot wax bags on my feet when I told her I’m changing the color I originally picked. Right away she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Once she was done instead of being gentle she snatched the toe dividers off me. Once I was about to pay I realized it was $18 extra than what I always pay. I asked why and was told it’s $15 for no chip pedicure and $3 for removing the color. I was never charged for this before, ever. I always get the same services every time I went. Another client had the same thing happening to her only she was getting charged $30 extra. A nail tech, who was not doing any of my services, jumps in and says to show receipts. Once my boyfriend pulled up the receipt they were still arguing with us, told my boyfriend he’s wrong and said we still have to pay the amount. That same nail tech who said to show receipts had told another client that she has to come back another time when her baby is calm since she was fussy and crying. They still charged her full price even though her nails were not done. After going back and forth and repeating ourselves we said whatever we’ll pay. Even after we said that, here comes the nail tech who did my toes, Connie, still trying to argue. Never have I seen this kind of disrespect before. Will not be going back and definitely not recommending this place.
