I came into the salon today for a pedicure and pink/white fill. The salon is gorgeous and my nails/feet look great. If that was the only thing to rate I would give the place 5 stars. However, there was a complete lack of respect for my time and for that reason I bumped the review down to a 3. I arrived at 12:15 and did not leave until close to 4:30! They seat pretty much everyone upon arrival so you have no idea how long the wait truly is. I sat with my feet in water for over an hour and finally took my feet out when I felt like they would be wrinkled beyond recognition. People kept coming over to reheat the water and to say someone would be right over which wasn’t the case. The pedicure itself was great. After it was done, I waited close to an hour and a half to have my nails started. The technician kept stopping to what seemed like micromanage the receptionist. Again, my nails look great but the amount of time spent in the shop was ridiculous. I would recommend service here as long as you have nowhere else to be for the day and have eaten at least a 3 course meal so you don’t drop dead of starvation while waiting for service.

First time at this location. Was on vacation and this was an early birthday gift from my son. The staff was friendly and accomodating. My mint garden pedicure was handled by Teresa and my fill in manicure by Hanna. Each technician was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The total price was $95. That does compare to the price I pay in my hometown for the same services.

Kirsten was wonderful! The attention to detail on my Pedicure was everything! She doesn’t rush, very personable/nice. This was my first time here and I’d come back and request her. They use clean tools, fresh out of the sterile pack which is a must for me. 5/5 would recommend based on my first visit. The inside is beautiful and clean too! Very spacious!

I got my nails done last Thursday for my college graduation. I came in pretty close to closing which I felt really bad but I still got amazing service and they did not rush at all. My girl Hannah (which i will always request now) did my nails beautifully and was so fun, funny, and a perfectionist! Hannah did an amazing job and I felt like I was asking for something pretty difficult and she still crushed it! If you go to grand nails, I would request Hannah for some beautiful nail art!!

This place was fantastic from start to finish! I showed up at about 10 am as a walk-in and was seated right away by a young lady named Sarah, and I gave her a photo of what I wanted. I’ll attach photos below, but I told her I wanted my nails more square than the photo and I didn’t want diamonds- she was so gentle with my nails and made sure to check with me throughout the process to see if I wanted any changes made before polish. For a full set it was $60, and it was such a nice experience that I tipped her an extra $20. I will absolutely be coming back.

I had a 9am appointment and didn’t get seen until 10:30am when I finally spoke up for the 3rd time. My nails were rushed. I had to change colors because CINDY was too lazy to get the random red spots out of my nails. I guess they came from her nail brush. The lady cut my daughter on multiple fingers, had terrible shaping skills, and didn’t communicate. We were told to pick a color, so we did, and we were charged double the price because they used gel without asking (the color pack had regular and gel polish). So frustrated and will never go back. I am new to the area and didn’t know anyone let alone a good nail salon. On a whim I decided to give Grand Nail Spa 2 a try. I am so glad I did. I was a little concerned because when I first got there I felt they didn’t understand what I needed but to my surprise they had me covered. I ended up getting my nails done by Hannah and she is great. My nails looked amazing. She did exactly what I asked.i mentioned needing a pedicure and they got me right with that too. I will definitely be back and recommend to others. Make sure you go to Hannah.

Absolute worse customer service from the owner. They were only supposed to charge 15 for my daughter since she is 10 and they charged us 20. That was the first issue. Then my wife has white specs underneath the clear coat on several of nails and they refused to redo them. Owner was adamant that it was her nail and that they were perfectly fine. She’s been getting her nails done for quite some time and never had white specs underneath the clear coat. Even the receptionist could tell they were there but he still refused to make it right. I recommend everyone to just stay away with such a rude and disrespectful owner.

This place is overpriced, and most pedicures are $55, which is not worth it. It looks like a toddler painted my toes. Then their front desk had a sign that says, “Only Cash Tips” and yet their ATM is broken… then when you get charged, the technician asks about her tip. Then she says you can write it on the receipt. I don’t typically leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I won’t be coming here again. I think their luxurious look is to compensate for their poor service they give here. Thanks, but no thanks.
