I’ve gotten my nails done here for years and have always had a great experience! Manicures always come out beautiful and pedicures are amazing with long massages. I came to get my nails done yesterday and unfortunately they’re starting to charge extra for every little thing they can☹ my nails came out to $65 because they charged extra for length, “special shape” and “special design”. I’m not mad at the quality because theyre beautiful but come on They also charged my sister $10 just to have hers removed and they’re a wreck.

My nail tech that I’ve been going to for 4 years moved to this new spot… I LOVE Helen and her husband Simon! They do great work!!! However, I don’t know if I will be back… This new owner is very rude! She really needs to learn to multi task and be nice at the same time. Also, she wanted to charge me more then what was written on the paper and wanted to go back forth with me about the price verses what is written on the paper. This didn’t sit well with me.

I was an avid visitor to Grand Nail before the change in ownership. I was a VIP getting 15% off all services and earned enough points for gift cards. When I went back, they changed owners and informed us that we no longer qualified for our VIP benefits nor the points earned but had to start all over. No car or concern for repeat customers. Half the original staff was gone and the girl doing my nails not only cut me more than once but they also increased the prices. I will be moving on to a new salon and will never be back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been going here for years and have always been very satisfied. However, two days ago my sister and I went to get manicures and pedicures and while the pedicures were great the manicures were not. My sister got a design on her nails and I asked for the same exact thing and got something completely different. I got plain pink nails with tips that I did not want. I don’t usually get my nails done so I had no idea what was going on but when they finished it was not what I had asked for. The design was perfect on my sister’s nails but it started to fall apart the next day. Not very happy as we were getting our nails done for a wedding.
