I treated my wife and daughter to a manicure at this place because of the rave reviews and I can say that the experience my wife had was terrible. My wife was so upset at the service as well as the performance of the person doing her nails. The lady was rough on the nails and burn my wife skin and cuticles so bad her fingers were a little swollen. Then instead of putting new nails on her fingers they re-used the ones already on there and still charged her full price as if they did a complete set on their own. This was my wife first experience at this shop and unfortunately will be her last. Would not recommend at all.

Grand Nail Salon did an amazing job on my nails! It was my first time there and it was an hour before closing time but they stayed late so that I could have both a manicure and a pedicure. It turned out beautiful and the entire staff was warm and welcoming! And my nails turned out absolutely amazing!

Normally I don’t review; but this time am upset. Went for dip removal only;the owner offered for manicure. I agreed for same; ended up spending $10 for dip removal,$25 for manicure and tip totally spend $46. I didn’t get proper manicure, no massage was done which is included with basic manicure; my nails were sharp edges could easily give a cut in skin; regular polish was done very unprofessional like; moment I reached home my one nail broke from root. After almost 5 years of experience with getting nails done I have never had this kind of pathetic experience. I won’t mind spending money if I get the job done right. I won’t recommend this place at all.
