Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I went in for a dip powder and my result the next day my nails become to crack in the inside of the nail and chipped way to easy at the ends no what’s so ever professional the lady who did my nails she didn’t ask what shaped I even wanted she kept being on her phone back and forth it honestly looked like she had trouble doing the dip. So I called and asked if they can do them Saturday with no charge since the person who did them didn’t do them correctly. The lady I spoke to on the phone said come in next day when I specifically said I can only do it on the weekends due to work. Stopped by 1 day in a hurry. The environment was cool..my nails were good for about 4 days..then this happened. Told my nail tech my nails lift easy and to please file my cuticles.. needless to say I’ve glued 3 of the 5 nails on this hand back on…

Tech did not polish nails per my request. Requested purple and silver…when explained to tech she was not polishing correct color she refused to correct. Plus requested a manicure..rep did not do a cuticle trim ..she only remove old polish and began polishing..all the while talking either rep next to her telling her and customer what they wanted. It was very tiring trying to explain to her what I was wanting. She was not listening and was argumentative. I was getting ready for wedding reception and just went along with her due to the frame. It was a very disappointing experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They have many nail stations and Pedicure chairs but a handful of nail techs. I came to get pedi and full set. Literally sat in pedi chair so long the water got ice cold and still not one technician came to assist me. Never coming back. There are more places in Dallas with better service and fully staffed then this place!

I have gone here twice for a pedicure. I love it. Both times I have had two different techs, but they were nice and ensured that I was relaxed and enjoyed my service. I usually get the Organic which includes the wax, hot towels, and hot rocks.

ZERO STARS..This is the worst spot to go to.. the lady who did my pedicure act like this was her 1st time. I paid for the $61 sevice and it was a mess. The stones wasn’t even hot.
