I went to Grand Nails for the first time today Eda was my tech she did impeccable work. She introduced herself to me which I thought was very professional. Her work was so thorough she checked to make sure each mail length match, she made sure the acrylic covered the whole nail especially the edges where they tend to crack and lift. She also double tripled checked that she polished my whole nail not missing any spots like lost nail salons I’ve been too. I didn’t have time for a pedicure today but I will most definitely be back tomorrow for that. Thank you soooo much Eda. You went above and beyond I have found my new nail home.

Went in to have my nails soaked off. My real nails were nice and long. Instead the lady tells me they don’t do soak off and proceeded to use another nail to remove the gel acrylic off my nails which caused my real nails to break. She kept telling me to cut my real nails after her damaging them I agreed to finally cut my nails down because of how severely chipped they were. Showed them one particular design I wanted for a trip before they even started to take my nails off and they said “yeah we can do it” the owner then started my nails to do her own thing once I stopped her and said that’s not what I wanted she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have the tools to do what I wanted and insisted I go with her design. After I said no she immediately gave nothing but nasty attitude and started to rip off the nails she put on my hand. I told her no thank you just cut them down I’ll take them off myself at home. Never again. They need to learn to no apply pressure on someone if their mind is made up on a design let them be it’s either you can do it or you can’t. Attitude is poor and the way they treat African Americans are not the greatest. They have a handful they like because they give them big tips like $50 and up and they’re considered their VIP customers.

The conversation was great and she made me feel at home. She did an exceptional job on my manicure and pedicure. I usually have issues with people being too rough with the nail file but she was very gentle. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

This nail spa is absolutely stunning, the customer service here is amazing! My pedicure was great and my classic manicure was great! I’m so upset I forgot the lady that took care of me, she was amazing. She took her time and did such an amazing job. Thanks again!

It was my first time here and will definitely be coming back!!!! They took great care of me. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing compared to other noisy nail salons. They do honest work which is refreshing coming from salons that always try to up-sell you for things you may not need.

So I love my nails most of the tech are pretty good. However the owner( the guy who sits in the front) can be overbearing and loves to encourage upgrades I’m guessing to charge more. I typically get a fill in and make an appointment just so that I don’t have to deal with the owner because he’s very obnoxious.

I am always very happy with my nails when I come here for a manicure and pedicure. The shellac on my manicure will usually last 3-4 weeks. I am currently pregnant and appreciate the COVID safety they have at the salon.

Went to get a new set, I’ve been here before years ago AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. I was started by one lady and then moved to the owner (HORRIBLE AND RUDE) She was rushing to get to her son’s birthday party (then don’t take customers when you can’t complete the job correctly) crooked nails and when I pointed it out to her, she continued to file in the same direction AND GAVE ME NOTHING BUT ADDITUDE. For this experience, she charged me 65.00 even though I didn’t let her continue to mess them up. Went to another nail salon where they fixed her screw ups and treated me with respect and appreciated my business.
